Contacting the researchers
Taking part is anonymized — the research team doesn't see your personal identity — but you can still get in touch when you have a question about the study or hit a problem in the app.
Reaching your research team
Your researchers set up how they want to be reached. The most reliable channel is the contact details they gave you when you joined — an email address, a study information sheet, or an on-boarding message. Keep that information handy; it's the fastest way to ask study-specific questions (eligibility, timing, compensation).
Because ExpiWell protects your identity, the app doesn't expose your name or contact details to researchers. When you email them, mention your study name or access code (not personal identifiers) so they can help without breaking anonymity.
App help from ExpiWell
For problems with the app itself — sign-in, notifications, payments — use Support inside the app: open the menu → Settings → Support. You can also email the ExpiWell team at help@expiwell.com.
Common questions to direct where
- "When will I get my next survey?" → your research team (they set the schedule).
- "My access code won't work." → your research team (they issue codes); see How to add experiences.
- "Notifications stopped." → check your phone settings first (Notifications), then ExpiWell Support.
- "Where's my payment?" → your research team approves payments; see Receiving payments.
